The Cornucopia restaurant is another place where relaxation and satisfaction is assured. Exquisite food and good service complete the dining experience. The décor is rustic with various old farming tools and antique kitchen utensils adding a decorative and pleasing touch. The main restaurant has an attractive vaulted stone ceiling and the intimate atmosphere is enhanced by candlelight. Food is all produced in-house and the cooking aromas waft into the restaurant to entice your palate and enhance your mood. Fresh Maltese bread is always available together with many local and foreign delicacies.

A copious buffet breakfast available at the restaurant will see you through the morning. At lunchtime snacks and light lunches are served either in the restaurant or, weather permitting, outside by the pool. For dinner there is a choice of à la carte or table d’hôte menus which have a local and continental flavour. The table d’hôte menu is included in the half board option.

The Carvery nights and the poolside barbecues, are firm favourites at the Cornucopia.

The poolside barbecues are held every Friday during the summer season (normally from June to September) and on Tuesdays and Fridays in August. Help yourself to home-made soup and pasta, beef steaks, chicken, fish, pork, lamb, sausages, assorted salads and rice, baked jacket potatoes, vegetables, fresh fruit, ice cream, sweets and coffee while dancing the night away to the music by the live band.

The Carvery nights are also great events with live music which are held in the hotel restaurant every Friday during the cooler months. A generous buffet of food, including home-made soup, a variety of salads, a choice of succulent roasts such as prime rib of beef, leg of lamb and smoked ham, served with freshly prepared vegetables and potatoes, sweets, cheese board and biscuits as well as coffee.
